The Company has therefore established the following Quality and Environmental Policy as a guideline for implementation:

1. We are committed to meeting customer requirements and complying with all customer specifications, relevant laws and regulations, as well as international standards rigorously.

2. We are committed to maintaining and promoting a good working environment and supporting the surrounding community in various aspects, as well as continuously developing the quality management system and work procedures to ensure continuous efficiency improvement.

3. We establish prevention systems and emergency response procedures to ensure maximum work safety in all circumstances, while managing risks that may affect work quality.

4. We are committed and encourage employees at all levels to participate in reducing energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation, as well as participating in quality improvement to create a better environment.

To maintain standards and develop service quality, as well as build customer confidence in our services, the Company has set a target of receiving no complaints from clients or the Company's stakeholders, and achieving a customer satisfaction rating of no less than 95%.

This policy shall be communicated, implemented, and reviewed annually or when significant changes occur, to ensure it remains appropriate and aligned with the Company's operational direction.
